Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele Joins Lucky as Fashion Editor at Large

Lucky Magazine's revamp under Eva Chen comes to completion with two new upper-level hires.

Another day, another major editorial coup for Lucky Magazine.

WWD is reporting that Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele—who styled both Anna Wintour's first cover for Vogue in 1988 and Eva Chen's first Lucky cover back in September—has been named fashion editor at large of the publication. The legendary French stylist is famous for her bling-heavy personal style which often bucks current trends, and although she's been a muse for both editors and designers for decades, she's been out of the spotlight for some time.

And that's not today's only big editorial change at Lucky--in addition to Cerf de Dudzeele, Chen has brought on Katia Kuethe as creative director. Kuethe most recently served as senior director of creative at Kate Spade, but worked with Chen at Teen Vogue as the magazine's creative director a couple of years ago.

Chen says that these hires complete her editorial team, and that we shouldn't expect any more major masthead or aesthetic changes. That said, we are as excited as ever to see how Lucky continues to flourish under this new regime.
