Calling all fans of French babes and cinema: The Miu Miu Resort 2014 campaign was released this morning in WWD, and it features two of today's most applauded young actresses, Léa Seydoux and Adèle Exarchopoulos, shot by Inez and Vinoodh.
The ladies co-star as lovers in the critically-acclaimed (yet controversial) film Blue Is the Warmest Color, which won the Palme d’Or at this year's Cannes Film Festival. While we haven't hopped on one of the avenue-long lines to see the movie yet here in NYC, this colorful campaign—which highlights the label's colorful prints and youthful patterns—is only making us more excited about seeing these girls in their award-winning roles, since they clearly have killer chemistry.
In other Miu Miu news, the Italian brand confirmed today in a press release that it has partnered with Coty to create a line of fragrances, which is set to debut in 2015. Seydoux starred in the fashion film and ad campaign for Prada's Candy fragrance earlier this year, so we can't wait to see who Miu Miu taps as the face of the upcoming (and as of now, unnamed) perfume.
