The holiday season is upon us, and all the best activities that come with it -- snuggling up to a good book with a mug of hot chocolate, checking out the lights, wrapping gifts -- need 20/20 vision to fully enjoy.
So it's a good thing that Warby Parker just introduced six stylish new shapes as part of its Winter Collection. We're kind of partial to the Welty, with its slim lines and curved brow, but you can't go wrong with any of them.
You'll also be able to choose from five new colorways, including two custom two-toned acetates that are truly unique. We're also digging the Tennessee Whiskey, which fades from tortoiseshell to clear at the bottom. There's also Sage, a cool green that's fashion-y without being too "look at me!" and Plum Marblewood, a rich-looking brown swirled together with subtle flecks of light purple.
As with standard WP policy, you can order up to five frames to test-drive at home for five days before officially placing an order for the winning specs--so the whole operation is pretty much risk-free. And since each pair is just $95 (including prescription lenses), you'll still have plenty of money to buy gifts.
Speaking of presents, when you get your loved ones a Warby Parker gift card for the holidays, they'll also receive their own Make-a-Snowman Kit -- carrot nose, coal eyes and all. Too adorable. (And don't worry, warm-weather friends -- there's a snow-free option for you, too.)
Just be sure to pick up a pair of your own chic glasses so you can see the smiles on their faces.
