The notable thing here is that Beckham's been categorized as a celeb rather than a designer. With no fewer than 11 well-received collections -- plus a diffusion line, fragrances, accessories and a denim label -- under her belt, she is practically a seasoned vet in the fashion industry. But to many, Becks is still seen as the world's most beloved ex-girl-group-member WAG. Most pins filed under "Victoria Beckham" are photos of the fashion icon herself (and her model-esque family) -- though her designs do pop up in the mix as well. A paparazzi snap of her outside of a chip shop in London, looking effortlessly chic in a navy sweater, jeans, oversized sunnies and a handbag from her line, is reportedly Britain's most pinned photo this year.
But Beckham's popularity in 2013 extended beyond just pins. According to Bing.com (via Mashable), hers was the most searched designer name of the year -- beating even Michael Kors to the punch. If anything can get Beckham to smile (we've heard rumors of it happening on a couple of occasions), that should be it.
