Black Frame is looking to hire fashion, design and social media interns for the Spring 2014 semester. Our clients include designers Rodarte, Kenzo, Opening Ceremony, Nicholas Kirkwood, Delfina Delettrez, Byredo, The Standard Hotels, Rafael de Cárdenas, among others.
Duties include, but are not limited to: maintaining press clippings and listings; researching new publications and media contacts; updating and maintaining client database and assisting with contact lists, mailings, and invitations; helping to coordinate social media efforts; tracking firm and client news through Google alerts and print periodicals; and organizing our media and storage archives. Candidates should posses a highly imaginative and creative thought process, capable of brainstorming interesting and unique press approaches. Assisting with and attending special events will require occasional after-hours commitment.
The perfect candidate will be aesthetically driven, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as have abundant knowledge and love of the fashion, art and design industries. A positive attitude is always a must!
Internships are unpaid. College credit is offered but not required. Candidates should be available at least two full days/week for a commitment of three months. Office hours are 9:30 am - 6:30 pm, M-F.
