The applicant must be a strong sales person and talented store operator with the ability to drive results through both traditional and entrepreneurial sales and clienteling. The candidate must have a luxury background and a passion for the brand, culture and customer service. He/she must display a positive attitude, sophisticated selling skills and lead by example in all areas of the business. A strong understanding of luxury retail, an ability to communicate clearly and a desire to grow within the organization are necessary. Responsibilities will include meeting personal and general sales goals, keeping clients updated on products through personal contact and scheduled shopping appointments, assisting with studio services, stylists pulls, as well as all aspects of maintaining the store- product merchandising, inventory and stock replenishment, sending detailed reports to management, and general duties as needed.
