We are searching for an experienced, creative and energetic team of individuals interested in creating and collaborating. Currently, we are looking for a talented and innovative Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be responsible for developing and executing a dynamic marketing strategy consistent with the company's objectives of sales, growth, profitability and visibility.
This position requires a creative individual with a strong marketing background. We are looking for someone with a unique point of view who is willing and capable of influencing and participating in a new brand.
Duties will include but are not limited to: - Drive our mission of connecting with retailers and consumers through digital, events, regional and grass roots marketing. - Manage the annual budget - Help Create and execute the brands marketing plan - Publish and update the marketing calendar - Plan and execute events - Coordinate Social Media and work closely with ecommerce - Manage the P.R. function - Coordinate the general operational aspects of the marketing department - Create and coordinate both print and digital media projects - Organize tradeshow efforts - Manage independent contractors - Coordinate market and trend research - Conduct competitive analysis - Work closely with the sales, merchandising and art departments
Job Qualifications: - Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience preferably in the women’s market - Excellent organizational skills - Self-motivated and able to meet deadlines - Excellent written and communication skills - BA degree in marketing or a related field is a plus - A thorough understanding of the budget process - Must have a knowledge of Word, Excel, Power Point - Final Cut, Illustrator and Photoshop are a plus
