Summary Looking for a Logistics Coordinator / Admin Asst. for a 3-6 month temporary assignment. The position will manage shipping logistics, inventory and basic accounting (A/P + A/R) through QuickBooks for North American distribution. Looking to hire immediately.
Responsibilities • Manage all product inventory including receiving inventory against purchase orders using QuickBooks. • Liaise with the warehouse to ship (or pack or hold) all Repetto product including orders via Cross Dock, Pick & Pack (daily dance orders, leather re-orders and any back orders from stock) and all EDI transactions to ensure order fulfillment. • Handle all customer service issues including returns, replacements and credits via RA forms. • Create monthly return reports for parent company to obtain credit for any defective/damaged merchandise. • Respond to and/or redirect all customer service requests coming in via parent company. • Conduct all A/R processes for customers including sales orders and invoicing (to be reconciled with shipping reports from warehouse) using QuickBooks. • Receive payments from customers via credit card, cash, wire payments and checks. • Review and input vendor invoices (A/P) and issue checks to be signed by CEO to ensure timely payment to all vendors.
Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office (outlook + excel) • Recent experience working in QB • Inventory/Fulfillment experience • Basic accounting skills • Professional phone manner • Ability to multi-task • Sales experience a plus
