REVIVAL MANAGEMENT NYC is an Artist Management and Representation Company founded with the principle and vision in developing a clear and concise path to success for our talents. We leverage the creative skills of our talents to achieve the highest degree of success in each of their respective fields – from Styling, Media & Brand Management and Creative Development. We are currently looking for a Junior Talent Manager for the Styling Division due to expansion. Junior Talent Manager will work closely with the Senior Talent Manager on daily tasks, which include but are not limited to the following:
Responsibilities: • Manage Talent careers to the very best in terms of client relations, brand development and ad campaigns – under supervision of the Senior Talent Manager • Negotiating Talents fees and working conditions with the clients – under supervision of the Senior Talent Manager • Update talent portfolios & follow up tear sheets and website updates
Duties: · Responsible for all talent's travel arrangements, call sheets and all other necessary information related to every booking. · Assisting in creating and sending out talent promotions. · Be proactive to create opportunities for clients · Manage and possibly book assistants for artists on jobs · Pre-billing · Ad hoc activity that may help in day-to-day operations. · Utilize creativity and “think outside the box” concepts · Build/manage and maintain client relationships · Show Organization and detail orientation for handling talent initiatives
Qualifications: • The Ideal candidate will have minimum 1-2 + years of work experience beyond internships, with an entrepreneurial spirit and most importantly, be an effective communicator. • Knowledge of working stylists, nail and makeup artists • Demonstrated ability to act as a pro-active team player in various working environments • Ability to multi task under pressure while keeping a positive attitude • Must be able to aid in things that come up last minute, while creating/working on long term projects • Developed organizational and research skills • Be results driven • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and various calendar management programs • Understanding of social media, networking, interactive and online media
