To those who look to "Seinfeld" and its time capsule-worthy '90s style, your day has come. Or rather, your season will come soon. The Row, Suno and Alexandre Herchcovitch are just a few of the labels who styled their shows with oxfords and socks. Band of Outsiders even had the wherewithal to pair the look with a floral midi-length dress. In fact, most shows had some variation of the skirt length come down the runway. Coincidence? Hardly. This has Elaine Benes written all over it.
