ADEAM is looking to hire a full-time Office Manager to begin immediately at our new West Chelsea offices. The office manager will be responsible for all administrative tasks in a fast-paced workspace, including assisting the Vice President and designer with all work-related requests. Candidates must be excellent at multi-tasking and problem solving, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities will include (but not limited to): - Office key-holder (open and close office) - Maintain daily/weekly/monthly calendar appointments - Schedule and coordinate meetings - Answer phones - Handle all mail and deliveries - Welcome guests and clients - Order supplies: paper products, water, copier paper, cleaning supplies, etc. - Manage technical equipment: phone, internet, copier, etc. - Liaison with company accountant: prepare weekly files, expense reports, etc. - Handle petty cash - Correspond with building staff - Maintain employee information - Manage interns - Create itineraries for company travel - Implement filing systems - Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
