M3/Relativity is a NYC-based fashion agency business division of Relativity Media, a next generation Beverly Hills-based film and television studio, with synergistic businesses across sports, music, digital, and brand marketing. M3/Relativity seeks a highly motivated and proactive full time Assistant/Analyst for the office of a Senior Executive of M3/Relativity. This position requires an ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment, under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Duties (include, but not limited to) • Prioritize & manage multiple projects simultaneously, & follow through on issues in a timely manner • Projects will include various types of Client presentations, analysis (in Excel), reviewing term sheets and agreements, conducting research and due diligence, creating pitch books and financial models • Managing the invoices and general ledger tracking, booking reports, working with the Accounting department to tack & reconcile payments • Manage very a busy office • Coordinate often-changing schedules & calendars for internal/external meetings & conference calls • Manage busy phones including rolling calls, & phone log • Manage travel arrangements domestic & international • Maintaining expenses & databases • Other various administrative tasks as necessary • Perform administrative and office support activities • Make office runs for the executive office • Schedule meetings & maintain the calendar
Qualifications • Excellent interpersonal skills • Strong verbal & written communication skills • Attention to accuracy & detail in all aspects of responsibilities • Excellent organizational & multi-tasking skills • The ability to exercise sound judgment & manage competing & demanding priorities
Requirements • Position is based in New York (mid-town) • Minimum 1-2 years or equivalent work-related experience • Legal or Investment Banking background is a plus • Fashion industry knowledge is a plus • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, databases)
