Community Manager We are seeking a multi-tasking queen/king to handle our customer relations. Duties: - Maintain all social media accounts - Create content for all platforms - Use Hootsuite to schedule posts for Twitter, Facebook & Tumblr - Live post for Instagram - Post products to Wanelo, Pinterest, Polyvore, Svpply, Fancy, Keep & other social shopping platforms - Assist customer inquiries made via email - Forward emails to appropriate departments - Interact with customers via live chat - Review orders for signs of fraudulent activity - Write copy for product descriptions - Manage returns and exchanges - Schedule email blasts - Update website banners Qualifications: - MUST be able to take an amazing photo with their iPhone - MUST have an amazing merchandising eye - MUST be able to work nights & weekends updating social accounts - Strong social media presence required - Customer Service experience preferred - Ability to stay organized while multi-tasking - Strong understanding of the Shop Jeen voice
