A Closer Look at the Accessories on "Game of Thrones"

Plus -- Daenerys has a new hairstyle! Finally...

Welcome to our weekly series, “Fashion of the Realm,” which we’ll present every Monday after a new episode of "Game of Thrones" airs. Expect fashion recaps, interviews, plenty of pictures, and deep dives into the unique style — both on and off set — on everyone’s favorite bloody, naked show. (Until the characters get killed off, anyway.) Spoilers.

Last night's episode of "Game of Thrones"  was a bit of a nail biter, thanks to the White Walkers and their questionable nannying skills. In new look news, however, Daenerys revealed a new hairstyle (she seems to debut something new every time she conquers a city) and Brienne of Tarth got some special shiny armor and a sword. Most importantly, Littlefinger elaborated on how Sansa's necklace played a big part in Joffrey's demise (as did the badass Lady Olenna, wearing an itchy-looking sweater in last night's episode).

Obviously I had to run to the archives and zoom in on that necklace. Fun fact: Costume designer Michele Clapton revealed in a recent interview that the beads were 3D printed. So in honor of  Sansa's devious décolletage decorator, I decided to take a closer look at some of the other gorgeous, intricate accessories Clapton and the costume department uses to help define the characters.   Click through to see a close-up look at all this season's accessories:
