Just when we thought we knew the extent of Vogue Creative Director Grace Coddington's obsession with felines (thanks to a whole chapter dedicated to them in her book, Grace: A Memoir), comes visual evidence that her infatuation extends to her home decor.
WSJ Magazine went inside Coddington's Chelsea apartment for its May issue, and gave us an early preview. Tim Blanks wrote the accompanying profile, which is mainly about Coddington's relationship with her artwork -- it's pegged to an upcoming online auction she's curated of nude portraits (aptly titled "No Clothes") with Paddle8.
But photographer Arthur Elgort couldn't help but get a few shots of Coddington with the very unique-looking cat pillows she's been collecting since the '80s. The three seen in the couch shot above were, of course, given to her by Louis Vuitton designer Nicolas Ghesquiere, with whom she collaborated on a cat-adorned handbag while he was at Balenciaga.
There are also a few shots of her fluffy gray kitty, Bart. Click through the gallery to see them all.
