The Duchess of Cambridge and fam arrived in New Zealand Monday morning on the first stop of their three-week visit Down Under, looking impeccable in a red double-breasted princess coat (how fitting!) by Catherine Walker (h/t Telegraph), a matching Jackie Kennedy-style pillbox hat by Gina Foster, ultra-high, round-toe black pumps and a diamond fern brooch -- New Zealand's national symbol -- borrowed from The Queen.
Really: As breathtaking as her shimmery, dramatic red carpet gowns tend to be, I'm not exaggerating when I say that this might be my favorite K-Middy look to date. It's polished and profesh, yet still youthful. Red is definitely her color -- and sorry, Queeny -- doesn't look like your granddaughter-in-law's hemlines are dropping anytime soon! Legs for DAYS.
But Kate wasn't the only Windsor with an on-point post-flight outfit. Li'l Georgie -- sporting a head of ultra silky-looking blond baby hair -- wore a super cute cream-colored cardigan over a super cute Peter Pan collared top and super cute bloomers with super cute tiny t-strap shoes and socks. Daddy Wills wasn't looking too shabby either in a perfectly tailored navy suit and maroon tie that actually totally clashed with his wife's lewk, but... whatever, not matching is the new matching I guess.
We'll be keeping tabs on Kate's sartorial situations throughout her tour -- watch this space. And click through for more cute photos.
