Every time I see a new collection by French-born, New York-based designer Sophie Theallet, I wonder why more celebrities don't wear her clothes. They're effortlessly elegant, but still bold and memorable. And interestingly, Michelle Obama has proven to be one of her biggest fans.
In her most recent outing wearing the designer, the FLOTUS paired a thistle jacquard cardigan in sunset red with a bordeaux leather and chiffon skirt, both from the designer's spring 2014 collection. She wore the outfit for the White House Annual Take Your Sons And Daughters To Work Day, and she did indeed work it. It's not every day you see a first lady in leather.
