You Can Now Buy Prada's Spring '08 Collection Without Time Traveling

Twelve pieces have been re-released in New York.

If Dover Street Market just sold the same things as every other store, it wouldn't be Dover Street Market. And its newly opened New York outpost has just nabbed a noteworthy exclusive, which hits racks Thursday: It's a reissue of Prada's Spring '08 collection.

Proving the timelessness of Miuccia Prada's designs, DSM will carry a capsule collection of 12 pieces from the collection including dresses, skirts, shirts and parkas -- each one made of organza and painted by hand, and thus truly one-of-a-kind.

The original collection was pretty special in its own right. Illustrations of fairies were printed on everything, from dresses to handbags -- designs that were conceived by comic artist James Jean. It was one of Prada's most memorable artist collaborations.

It's Prada's second capsule collection for DSM New York (the first bowed when the store opened last fall). You can find it on the retailer's seventh floor, until it's gone.
