Diane von Furstenberg Put Herself on a Sweater for Resort

Wear your favorite fashion icon on your sleeve—or rather, your chest.

Diane von Furstenberg is well aware of the power and recognizability of her own image, and so perhaps it's no surprise that the designer, who has been captured by the likes of Andy Warhol and Chuck Close, has created a sweater featuring her own likeness.

The intarsia knit, part of her resort 2015 collection, features an illustration of a noseless von Furstenberg in a long-sleeved leopard jumpsuit and black sling-back heels on a red couch, her signature displayed prominently beneath. The sweater is color-blocked, with a red collar, and gray banded bottom and sleeves.

The rest of von Furstenberg's resort collection, dubbed "Celebration," was brightly colored, featuring even more color-blocking and stripes of varying widths. What attracted the most attention, however, were Von Furstenberg's new designs for Google Glass, pairs of which were handed out for attendees to sample. (You can see what they look like here.)
