Rihanna's CFDA Dress Took 20 People To Make, Bobbi Brown's First Big Yahoo Hire, Beyoncé Covers 'T'

And Beyoncé stuns on the cover of 'T' Magazine.

Rihanna's shimmery, transparent dress at the CFDA Awards was quite a sensation — and it's a good thing, because that garment took work. According to costume designer Adam Selman, who designed the dress in conjunction with the singer, it took 20 people and over 230,000 multicolored crystals to get the thing done. {Elle}

Bobbi Brown has made her first hire as the editor-in-chief of Yahoo Beauty: Britt Aboutaleb, founding editor of the beauty site Byrdie and former Fashionista editor (holla!). Aboutaleb, who most recently served as Allure's multimedia director, is coming on as managing editor and Brown's righthand woman, so she'll be responsible for running the site on a daily basis. {WWD}

Beyoncé covers T magazine's culture issue, shot by Juergen Teller, because this woman basically is modern American culture. Interestingly enough, the cover story doesn't actually have an interview with the icon — just a whole lot of doctorate-level analysis on what she represents to us. But hey, the simultaneously casual and high-gloss spread makes up for that. {T Magazine}
