Walter Schupfer Management is a international artist agency representing some of the most successful photographers, stylists, set design, hair and makeup artists with offices in New York, LA and Paris. We are currently looking for an executive assistant for the owner of the company and second role as a photo production assistant in our New York office.

The Executive Assistant + Production Assistant has two roles at the agency and needs to be able to wear multiple hats.

She / He is creative, works well with others and wants to succeed in this role and industry.

The agency assistant will have good follow through on tasks and is extremely organized and detail oriented.


-work closely with the owner of the company to manage schedule and calendar, organize and coordinate all international and domestic travel, and overall support executive

-schedule / participate / take notes in all agency staff meetings

-must be tech savvy, strong understanding of Mac computers and applications

-must have a strong interest and passion for fashion photography / advertising and want to grow in this business

-No task is too menial or below him / her

-Must have a can do attitude and want this

-Must have 4 year degree at a reputable university

-Must know New York well

-Work closely with an executive agent / producer at the agency to support him with invoicing out shot and completed jobs

-Process invoices and reconcile post shoot

-Develop relationships with agencies
