Overalls are everywhere lately, and when done right, they can look really good and totally non-farmer-y.
But, they can also veer a little too far in the opposite direction. Several brands have put out their own versions of the "fashion overall," and while sometimes they do look cool, other times they are so different from the original that it's a little silly. Overalls are just not meant to be skin-tight, high-waisted or heavily distressed.
A.P.C. has made the perfect happy medium. These overalls are loose and relaxed, but still tailored, with a subtle wide leg that is chic but not too trendy. The caviar-grain Italian denim adds to the laid-back (yet polished) look.
Yep, the French brand has done yet another perfect staple. I need these now.
A.P.C. Salopette Steinbeck overalls, $370, available at Need Supply
