The primary responsibility of the VIP Services Account Manager will be to lead the day-to-day contact with luxury and contemporary fashion clients via development and activation of celebrity and influencer strategies.
•Responsible for handling important pitches for major red carpet events, custom dressing and seasonal/key product seedlings
•Create and distribute short lead press pitches on behalf of clients and liaise with editors to secure press on generated VIP placements
•Contribute to proposals and strategic program recommendations will help to elevate our business and client outreach
•Accountable for daily management of a range of clients- both contemporary and luxury brands
•Oversees junior team members including assistants, showroom manager and interns
•Drafts and develops client strategies and recaps with support and directive from senior staff
•Identifying brand-appropriate targets and executing approved celebrity outreach
•Participates in solving team issues and is an effective leader and role model
•Regular participant and contributor to the new business process, including developing proposals
•Ensures client and stylist’s requests are fulfilled, delivered on time and are value-producing
Key Skills & Experience required:
•College graduate with 3-5 years of agency experience in Luxury brand PR, Marketing and VIP Service
•Strategic and innovative with overall knowledge of fashion and celebrity culture
•Understands overlap between celebrity and public relations
•Seasoned writing skills
•Expertise in stylist relations and established relationships within short-lead media
•Existing relationships in the Hollywood community- agents, publicists, managers- with willingness to grow in this area.
•Advanced presentation skills - ability to manage and gain confidence of client
•Strong problem solving, and project/people management skills
