Winona Ryder is no stranger to fashion campaigns — she's a former face of Marc Jacobs — and even though the doe-eyed beauty has been off the scene for a while, that doesn't make her any less of an icon. Marcus Wainwright and David Neville of Rag & Bone certainly agree, and the duo cast the 42-year-old actress in the brand's fall 2014 campaign, which was unveiled on Tuesday in WWD.
Wainwright told the paper that Ryder, whose celebrated movie roles over the last two decades have earned her a cult following, was chosen for the campaign on account of her "beautiful, timeless quality." She is featured opposite fellow actor Michael Pitt (who appears in the men's campaign for the second time) and was shot by Glen Luchford in New York City. In the words of Ryder's famous "Heathers" character Veronica Sawyer: How very.
Look for the campaign in full when it's released in select publications later this summer.
