Erin Dana is a New York based fashion brand specializing in women's handbags. Since being founded in 2013 by Creative Director and Co-Founder, Erin Dana Lichy, and her husband Abe Lichy, the business has seen tremendous growth. Erin’s creative abilities have allowed to her revolutionize the classic fanny pack with the creation of the Evan Belt Bag. This headlining product has made appearances at many music festivals being worn by fans and DJs, as well as being spotted on celebrities such as Estelle, Alexandra Richards, and Mia Moretti. Erin Dana offers an assortment of leather bags that are of high quality yet affordable, and can be a staple for every woman’s wardrobe.
All Candidates must be currently enrolled in college and willing to commit for the fall season minimally 2-3 days a week. Candidates pursuing a degree in fashion, public relations, communications, and marketing preferred. The ideal candidates will have excellent computer research skills, be hardworking, detail oriented, a fast learner, and a self-starter able to meet deadlines efficiently. You must also have a positive attitude, outgoing personality, familiar with and active on social media platforms, highly organized, and able to multi-task effectively.
Interns will directly assist the Creative Director and the rest of the team with day-to-day tasks. Duties will include research, creating social media content, and updating/maintaining media lists. Interns will assist during events when necessary including NYFW, trunk shows, and industry trade shows. Internship begins immediately and lasts through the fall semester.
Brand Ambassadors will play an active role on their campus by getting the word out about Erin Dana, create content and buzz around the brand through social media channels, engage in the community by hosting on-campus events, and play a direct role in measuring success and value of content, buzz, and traffic on their respective campuses.
