Angelina Jolie Got Married in Custom Versace

Complete with doodles drawn by her children. Aww!

You might have noticed this little piece of news that came out while you were observing Labor Day: Angelina Jolie, who wed her longtime parter Brad Pitt in an intimate ceremony on Aug. 23 in France, revealed that she wore a custom Atelier Versace gown to say her vows. Both People and Hello! have exclusive photos of the whole family in their upcoming issues, but we're treated to a preview of Jolie's dress on their covers that hit the web late on Monday.

The custom silk gown — which People learned was created by Versace Atelier's master tailor Luigi Massi — fit Jolie like a dream, with a gathered bust and an elongated train. To give the classic style a personal touch, the train and veil featured dozens of drawings by the Jolie-Pitt children, hand-embroidered into the fabric. Jolie's shoes were custom Versace as well.

As for Pitt, he wore a suit from his closet and forgot to pack a tie, so he borrowed one from his son. Aw, Brad.
