Dagne Dover, a luxury handbag company focused on solving women’s biggest handbag problems, is looking for its Jack of All Trades. Candidates should have 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced environment that has honed both qualitative and quantitative skills.
As the Jack of All Trades at Dagne Dover you will be in the right-hand person assisting the Founders, (CEO, COO and Creative Director) in ad-hoc projects, while also owning customer experience and community engagement.
Areas of ownership:
• Social media engagement and planning
o You would be responsible for engaging with our communities on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, Snapette, and additional platforms that you think we should be present on. You would know the community intimately – understanding the voice and tone of the audience and being able to navigate all customer interactions. Additionally, you would plan the social media reach that each platform should be able to achieve through various contests, sweepstakes and cross-promotions. You would be in charge of coming up with these campaigns to drive follower-base.
• Social media scheduling and tracking
o You would be in charge of creating compelling content for each social media platform and for scheduling the content to coincide with new product drops, events, etc. You would also be in charge of tracking all social media and PR mentions so that we can engage with communities talking about Dagne Dover and greater amplify what’s being said.
• Customer experience
o You would run customer experience. You would manage phone, chat and email and be the customer experience expert. You would be solution-focused and the perfect brand ambassador for our brand.
• Dagne Mag
o You would own content creation for Dagne Mag and the scheduling of all posts. You would come up with the calendar for the year and plan out the types of articles that need to be written and the graphics that would coincide.
• Blogger + Editor gifting
o You would organize the weekly gifting needs for editors and bloggers. You would ensure that everything got delivered in an on-brand way and in a timely manner
o As the Jack of All Trades, you would also be the Office Manager in some ways. You’ll be expected to manage interns’ projects and any projects going on in the office. You may help out on photoshoots, you may sell at trunk shows, etc. Depending on your strengths, you may be given the opportunity to take on more than this position originally entails.
