Olivia Palermo Denies Those 'Second Wedding' Rumors

And Georgina Chapman loses something near and dear. SAD.

Some big time drama went down at the Marchesa Voyage for Shopstyle collection preview at the swanky Gramercy Park Hotel on Friday -- but not the kind you'd expect at a fashion party.

During the celebratory rooftop event, Marchesa co-founder Georgina Chapman -- as in, Mrs. Harvey Weinstein -- somehow managed to lose her engagement ring. At one point, Chapman -- clad in a fluttery gown -- and her equally well-dressed partner Keren Craig (plus an army of PR girls) were on their hands and knees, meticulously searching for the precious bling. Hotel maintenance workers even ripped up a floor board to see if the errant ring might have fallen below, as guests, including Olivia Palermo, Jamie Chung, "Suits" star Meghan Markle and Disney alum Peyton List, looked on in sheer panic. But, as they say... Fashion Week must go on.

Once some of the madness had subsided, I caught up with newlywed Palermo about just what has her buzzin' this #NYFW. “My main focus is my dot com and making sure all our content and deadlines are hit. So, just like you!” she told me. Fashion Week: the great equalizer.

Something she's not concerned about? That reported second wedding the Internet has been freaking out over. “I think it’s been blown a little out of proportion,” she said. “I just got married, so I’m enjoying it, thank you! At some point within a year, we’ll do a party with our friends -- but again, it’ll be something quiet and small and PRIVATE.”

While Palermo unexpectedly went for a double denim button down and pencil skirt getup (accessorized with one of her Aquazurra designs, natch), her fellow style blogging celeb and seatmate Jamie Chung wore a bold fuchsia and tangerine outfit. So, would she be interested in branching out into a fashion collaboration, too?

“I feel like I’m pretty new to the game, and I’m still finding my identity in terms of fashion," Chung said. "So I don’t want to jump into any kind of collaboration right away. But eventually down the line, I’d like to do a small little capsule collection or something like that.”

She actually has dabbled in accessories design—working with a line called Sachi Jewelry for some delicately pretty and stackable rings to launch for holiday. But otherwise, what’s on her wishlist?

“I love coats. So I think Burberry would be a great collab. I mean, they don’t do those kinds of things, but it would be cool. Aim high, right?” she joked.
