The British Fashion Awards are approaching on December 1, and this year's nominees have been announced. While there are a lot of repeats, there's a few standout new additions.
Leading the pack is J.W. Anderson, who is nominated in both the Womenswear Designer and Menswear Designer categories. It almost seems like a sure bet that he'll go home with at least one, which is impressive since the designer went home with the New Establishment Award just last year, and the Emerging Talent award in 2012.
In Womenswear, he's up against Christopher Kane, who's had a phenomenal year of expansion, and Erdem. Menswear will also be a tough category, with Paul Smith, Tom Ford and Christopher Bailey for Burberry (who won last year) scoring noms.
In other repeats, Cara Delevingne is unsurprisingly up for Model of the Year again, alongside Sam Rollinson — also nominated last year — and Jourdan Dunn.
While there's no word on whether last year's British Style Award (which is voted on by the public) will return, we can only hope Harry Styles will grace this year's ceremony with his curly-maned presence. Hashtag praying hands emoji.
The full list of nominees can be found at the British Fashion Council's website.
