Lauren Conrad can’t stop chopping off her hair. After cutting it short for the first time in years last week, it appears that her blonde locks have been snipped once again. Conrad didn’t post the final result, but her hair stylist did, and it looks great. {MTV News}

H&M has selected 24 fashion student finalists for its fourth annual Design Award competition. They will be narrowed down to eight, who will present collections in November; the winner will walk away with 50,000 euros plus a collaboration with H&M, a show at Stockholm Fashion Week and a mentorship. {WWD}

In other H&M news, the Swedish company has decided to blacklist a spinning mill in South India after a report claimed the factory uses child labor and that working conditions are “appalling.” Though the mill, Super Spinning Mills Ltd., claims these accusations are untrue, the retailer isn’t taking any chances. {Business of Fashion}
