Kate Middleton Hired a New (and Surprising) Stylist, Cara Delevingne and Topshop Wish You a Happy Holiday

And Rihanna is on the cover of 'Elle' magazine's December issue.

In case you're wondering why Kate Middleton's been wearing shorter hemlines, sheer pieces and younger-looking ensembles, it's because she's enlisted a new stylist. More surprisingly, she's hired her former personal assistant, 27-year-old Natasha Archer, for the job. The Duchess reportedly wants to take more risks and push more boundaries with her sartorial choices. We like this new Kate! {Harper's Bazaar}
