Cressida Bonas may have gotten quite a bit of publicity for her relationship with Prince Harry, but she's making major career moves long after they've broken up.
The model and British tabloid regular made the pre-Globes rounds in Los Angeles this past weekend, attending a dinner party hosted by Mulberry, where the British label screened scenes from a short film starring none other than Bonas.
The film, to be released in March, co-stars British actor Freddie Fox (whom Bonas is rumored to be dating) and was directed by Ivana Bobic.
Bonas, who was on Vanity Fair's best dressed list last year, dances in the film, which was inspired by a video Mulberry saw of her from Leeds University, where she studied dance.
Given Bonas's consistent presence in British media, it's hard not to file this under the recent trend of stunt casting we've seen from major fashion houses of late. At the same time, we hope this gig will be a step towards Bonas becoming known for something other than being Prince Harry's ex.
