Kathy Griffin made her debut on "Fashion Police" Monday night, and we think it's safe to say Joan Rivers would be proud. At the beginning of the show, the comedian gave a shout-out to her dear friend, promising that she was not afraid to "bring the hammer down on anyone." That, my friends, was no joke. Griffin even dared to strike her hammer down on newlywed Amal Clooney, crowning her worst-dressed at the Golden Globes. {JustJared}

Though Mrs. Clooney found herself at an all-time low, Allison Williams was recognized as one of the night's best dressed, an honor she suffered greatly for. Her beautiful red Armani Privé dress weighed in at a shocking 40 pounds. Caught lounging in a chair at HBO's after-party, she shamelessly admitted to Page Six: "I'm not getting up all night." {PageSix}

Diane Von Furstenberg has not yet made an initial public offering - however, she's continuing to fuel speculation that it may be a possibility. While speaking on a panel for an event sponsored by Fianco, Von Furstenberg proudly stated that as the brand ages, so does it's credibility, and it is because of said credibility that transitioning the company's past success into the future will be a challenge. {BuzzFeed}
