The purpose of the internship is to provide in-depth insight into the workings of an in-house public relations department for a luxury brand that deals with strategic analysis, media outreach, VIP placement and event planning on a daily basis. Throughout the entirety of the program, the student will have the opportunity to observe as well as have hands-on experience with various office procedures. As part of the internship experience, the student will be evaluated on his/her assigned work and professional character. The student will have the opportunity to continually interact with the staff in assessing his/her skills, accomplishments and professional growth.
Qualifications: Attention to detail, ability to multi task, strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, proactive attitude and understanding of the fashion industry. Must be comfortable using Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel.
