Illesteva is seeking a receptionist/customer service representative to join our dynamic team here in Soho. Ideal candidates will have a friendly demeanor and strong customer service skills.
Duties will include:
- Managing front desk by answering telephone, screening and directing phone calls
- Greeting all visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries
- Assisting with personal orders and answering customer inquiries
- Monitoring and maintaining office equipment
- Maintaining a clean and neat reception/lobby area
- Multitasking and ability to be a team player
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Extremely well organized and detailed oriented with excellent time management skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft word, excel, outlook
- Fluency in another language a plus (Portuguese preferred)
