Yliana Yepez is a luxury handbag and accessory brand. We are hiring A PR / Marketing Coordinator and interns.
MARKETING & PR/SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR POSITION
- This is a role that requires a “Hands On” approach to all areas of the business.
- Applicant must be open to assist in all areas of the company.
- Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of accessories or Luxury Goods experience handling Marketing, Press and Media Relations, Social Media, Special Events, as well as E Commerce.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Maintain e-commerce website on a daily basis and process orders and shipments.
- Maintain marketing content and promotional calendars for Facebook, Instagram, bi-monthly newsletters etc.
- Track and analyze site & email performance results on a monthly basis
- Develop key contacts with relevant fashion and lifestyle press and stylists and maintain that contact database.
- To be an ambassador for the brand and appropriately represent the YLIANA YEPEZ brand at all times.
- Compile look book and line sheets to support Sales and to communicate collection to the press and buyers.
- Responsible for all PR stock and sample movements
- Monitor and manage all press coverage
- Work with Designer and Sales Director on all events, photo shoots, and market weeks.
INTERNS
Ideal Candidates will have:
- Great work ethic and a willingness to learn and participate in all aspects of the business
- Strong administrative office skills
- Must be organized and a good multi-tasker
- Ability to work in an intimate team environment
- Passion for fashion and luxury
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with major social media sites
