We are seeking Talent Coordinator / Manager to join the integrated marketing team at NYLON Media. Work with the Director of Digital Influencer and Influencer Management Team secure effective influencer campaigns with measurable results for fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands. Successful candidates must be familiar with bloggers, social media channels (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc), and Google Drive. This is not an entry level position.
A) Negotiating campaigns with brands, PR agencies and other clients for all incoming offers for the Socialyte Select Management influencers.
● Setting appropriate budgets
● Organizing reasonable timelines
● Confirming all requirements
● Managing the clients’ expectations
B) Creating campaign concepts for individual influencers based on budget and talent strengths.
C) Developing contacts with individuals and brands.
D) Keeping informed of industry trends, events and deals.
