Customer Experience Associate (Evenings and/or Weekends)
YOGASMOGA is looking for Customer Experience Associates to work our evening and/ or weekend shifts.
This role entails daily communication with our online customers base via email, instant message chat and phone, ensuring each has a positive and memorable experience.
- Assist with coordination and delivery of tasks in many departments, ranging from marketing to inventory management.
- Interact with and engage customers; offer a stellar experience to those interested in our products and story.
- Provide customer feedback to the appropriate teams so that we can continuously improve each customer’s experience.
- Work closely with the technology team and inventory management teams when relevant issues arise.
- Must be available to work full-time or part time hours remotely for the following shifts:
- Monday – Friday 6pm EST – 12am EST
- Saturday – Sunday 9am – 4:30pm EST
- Saturday – Sunday 4:30pm – 12am EST
- Highly organized with stellar communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be available to speak with and occasionally meet with the New York and Los Angeles team.
- Hard working, creative, well organized with a high level of initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications.
