Job Responsibilities include:
- Manage day to day business operations of the Marysia SWIM e-comm shop
- Communicate daily with customers and provide an exceptional level of customer service on all sizing inquiries, returns, exchanges, and shipping requests
- Pack and ship all orders in a timely and efficient manner
- Facilitate all exchanges and returns
- Manage inventory levels and communicate on a weekly basis
- Facilitate and execute all special requests
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 1-2 years working in customer service or retail environment
- Social Media experience a plus
