Ralph Lauren to Show Men's Collections in Milan and New York
After a nearly 12-year hiatus, Ralph Lauren will be staging not one, but two, men's shows this summer.
On June 20, Ralph Lauren will show its Purple Label collection at Milan Men's Fashion Week, and a month later, it will show its Polo Ralph Lauren men's label at the inaugural New York Fashion Week: Men's, a spokesperson said, confirming an earlier report in WWD.
The show in Milan will help promote the September opening of the Ralph Lauren Palazzo, a 11,840-square-foot space on Via San Barnaba that will host the show and, when it opens to the public, offer a combination of shopping, dining, customization and tailoring services. It will also underline changes to Purple Label men's, which is in the process of absorbing the brand's Black Label and broadening its price points.
