Katy Perry Stars in Moschino's Fall 2015 Campaign
Ever since Jeremy Scott presented his first collection for Moschino in February of last year, Katy Perry has rarely made a public appearance wearing any other designer. From her own tours, to the Superbowl, to the Met Gala, Scott and Perry have collaborated countless times, exemplifying the designer-muse relationship.
So, it's no surprise really that Perry has been chosen to front the brand's fall 2015 ad campaign, which she revealed on Instagram Wednesday afternoon. Shot by Inez and Vinoodh and styled by Carlyne Cerf de Dudzeele in a patchwork denim jacket, a gold bustier and piles of chain accessories, Perry's outfit is as reminiscent of the '80s as her Kris Jenner-inspired pixie cut. Of course, it all works with the whole nostalgia/junk culture vibe that Scott is all about.
Perhaps signaling Moschino's success under Scott, it's the first ad he's done in color starring a celeb rather than a model. There are also no discernible Photoshop gaffes, so that's also a plus. See the full fall campaign in the gallery below.
