Mega Mega Projects is a multi line showroom based in downtown Manhattan. Since it's start in 2011, the company has quickly made a name for itself as a top sales showroom for the most exciting new brands in jewelry and accessories.
We are looking for a new Wholesale Account Executive to join our small yet powerful team, to start immediately. The right candidate will be a highly motivated and effective sales person, committed to expanding sales while also nurturing existing accounts.
This position has significant growth potential. We want our new team member to be excited by their direct impact on our continued success!
- Regularly engage with current and potential accounts to ensure relationships are maintained and expanded
- Set up and attend showroom appointments during market and at trade shows
- Communicate with buyers regularly to promote strong sell through, introduce new lines, get sales feedback, etc
- Research new stores and markets
- Help develop and implement tailored sales strategies for new and existing clients
- 1+ years of experience in a wholesale environment
- Exceptional communication skills
- Existing buyer relationships
- Genuine interest in, and understanding of, the accessories market
- Attention to detail and consistent follow through
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Ability to multi-task and delegate
- Highly self-motivated, willing to take initiative
- Some knowledge of retail math and strong analytical skills
