Joyce Echols LLC, based in Houston and New York City, is an emerging luxury shoe brand delivering consumers contemporary Italian footwear. This high-end shoe brand is distinct from the others in its industry with each eclectic design encompassing Texas Flair with classic shapes and styling.
Joyce Echols is looking for a positive and highly motivated Sales Director to join its team in Houston. The Sales Director will be responsible for executing sales strategy and securing long-standing relationships as well as building new ones. The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experienced within the women style vertical, including fashion, style, accessories and other luxury goods.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Analyze competitive marketplace products and trends within the luxury segment
- Initiate and coordinate collaborations with boutiques to set up trunk shows in New York, Miami, Austin, Houston and other trending cities
- Attend trade shows
- Proactively schedule, prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and seasonal travel in accordance with business needs and expense budgets
- Manage, develop and drive sales growth and distribution expansion
- Manage markup and profit margins
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ Years' Related Experience
- Luxury Brand Experience
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Flexibility to Travel
