Rachel Comey is hiring a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator.
Duties include:
Supporting the Logistics Manager with:
- Receiving, documenting and organizing new stock from each of our production locations
- Facilitating outbound shipments to wholesale clients and our retail store
- Creating outbound ship paperwork for domestic and international clients and maintaining tracking records
- Creating invoices for shipped product and sending to appropriate AP contacts
- Liaising with all production departments on a regular basis to anticipate handover dates and flagging any delays/issues
- Picking and packing outbound shipments (when required)
- Keeping the inventory database accurate so that our retail and wholesale departments can reorder as necessary
- Understanding wholesale clients' shipping manuals and making sure that we are following all requirements to avoid RAs and chargebacks
- Facilitating inbound and outbound shipments for other departments (when required)
- Arranging shipment and pick up of personal orders
- Coordinating RA and swap shipments approved by the Sales department
- Checking in and QCing returned merchandise from clients to confirm we received correct quantities and product is returned in sellable condition
- Facilitating product repairs and returning to clients/customers in a timely manner
- Ordering/replenishing ship supplies
