Williamson PR, a luxury Fashion and Lifestyle PR, Marketing and Distribution Agency is looking to hire a personal assistant / office manager to work directly with the founder.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the liaison between the founder, team members and clients
- Manage the schedule and organize meetings
- Hire, train and oversee interns
- Handle a wide variety of personal support tasks
- Arrange and organize company's travel arrangements and itineraries
- Screen incoming calls and emails
- Maintain and organize showroom
- Order supplies and maintain inventory
- Schedule messenger pick ups / deliveries and organize domestic and oversea shipments

- Strong organizational skills
