Having locked down a wholesale deal with Bergdorf Goodman in August, Ellen DeGeneres's lifestyle brand, ED, is keeping up the pace on its expansion. The talk show host and comedian's lifestyle brand has linked up with the Camuto Group to produce a footwear range, rounding out the clothing, accessories and home goods it already sells.
Given that the apparel on ED is very much a distillation of DeGeneres's personal style — blazers, loose-fitting trousers, animal-print tees and tidy collared shirts reign supreme — we'd guess that the same will go for footwear. Which is to say, oxford shoes and sneakers.
ED's footwear line should make its debut this spring. Until then, fans can indulge their shopping whims on the $8 dachshund-shaped pins and $50 coaster sets featuring hand-painted depictions of kale, the vegetable, currently available on the site.
