Robert Graham Designs LLC is looking for a Human Resources/Accounting Intern to assist Department with recruiting, payroll and benefits processes.
Job Includes but is not limited to:
- Receiving and screening resumes;
- Job postings;
- Documenting new hire paperwork;
- Assisting with benefits administration;
- Assisting with biweekly payroll processing;
- Filing new hire documents;
- Preparing HR and payroll reports;
- Auditing I-9 compliance;
- Assisting with open enrollment processes
- Communicating Employee Assistance Program initiatives
- All other adhoc projects as required
Note: This is a part time paid internship. We are looking for candidates for graduation or graduated students. We will also consider candidates pursuing third year college.
