On Tuesday evening, "Youth" — the much-anticipated film co-starring Jane Fonda, Michael Caine, Harvey Keital and Paul Dano — held its Los Angeles premiere. For the occasion, Fonda wore a heavily appliquéd and embroidered Valentino gown from the luxury fashion house's resort 2016 collection — a departure from the tailored separates, jumpsuits and form-fitting gowns she usually favors on the red carpet.
But far more attention-grabbing was Fonda's choice of headgear. Accessorizing one's forehead isn't anything new for the 77-year-old actress, who donned sweatbands like a champ in the early '80s during her very successful fitness instruction career. Here's a close-up of the delicate band of silver branches and micro-pearls:
You do you, Jane. You do you.
