Justin Bieber and James Corden reunite for another "Carpool Karaoke"
Even if you're not a Belieber, it's hard not to appreciate this video of James Corden and Justin Bieber cruising through Los Angeles, singing some of the pop singer's old (and new!) hits. We especially enjoyed the sartorial makeover they gave one another, as well as Corden's failed/successful (depends on how you see it) attempts at a belly roll. Take a look above. {YouTube}

Zara fires employees after a woman in hijab is denied entry into one of its stores
A video of a woman in hijab being denied entry into a Zara store in Plaisir, a suburb west of Paris, has surfaced online. In the video, the security guard tells the woman, "If things change, they'll change, but I don't make the rules." (A 2010 French law prohibits anyone from wearing a full face covering in public, but the law does not apply to the hijab, which covers the hair.) While the actual date of the incident is not certain, the video was uploaded on Nov. 14, one day after the Paris attacks. Zara has since then fired the manager and the security guard responsible, and clarified that "there have never been instructions given out to act this way." {Quartz}

Now, retailers are responding by relying more on pre-collections, or "seasonless" clothing, to drive sales as the weather becomes more unpredictable. Retailers are also trying to ignite a mental shift to fall by promoting items like sleeveless coats and toeless boots. {The New York Times}
