Established in 2010, Spinelli Kilcollin is a fine jewelry brand based and produced in Los Angeles. Our iconic inter-connected Galaxy Rings, which can be worn on one finger or spread across several, have been called a “phenomenon” by Vogue and has garnered tremendous industry support and a loyal client base.
You will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing brand who works with some of the most respected luxury stores in the world including Barneys, Maxfield, Colette, Dover Street Market, Lane Crawford, Harrod’s.
We are seeking a full-time sales assistant whose duties will include:
- Managing order and data entry
- Communicating with wholesale accounts, private clients, and sales team
- Organizing and managing inventory
- Assisting during appointments and trunk shows
- Generating and analyzing weekly / monthly selling reports

We are seeking candidates who demand a high attention to detail and whom are task-driven with a strong sense of urgency and problem-solving. You must have the ability to adapt to and multitask in high pressure situations. We are looking for someone who is eager to contribute, with a genuine enthusiasm to learn and grow in a positive, collaborative work environment.
You must have:
- High level of professionalism
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Preferrably wholesale / client service experience
- Passion for luxury fashion and fine jewelry a plus
- Some Quickbooks and invoicing knowledge preferred
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
